Helen Green

Director
Helen comes from a broad commercial career with experience across corporate, travel and tourism, global manufacturing and other business services.

She spent an exciting 10 years playing a key management role in all aspects of the hotel operations onboard luxury cruise ships before moving back into the corporate world as EA to Global VP’s, CEOs and other C-suite executives.

Helen established Your VA Today (later to become Virtual PA Edinburgh) back in 2016.

Our Story

Virtual PA Edinburgh was founded as 'Your VA Today' originally in 2016 by Helen Green; our Director. Helen has over 25 years of executive experience, having gained a wealth of knowledge and becoming an expert and award-winner in the virtual world.

Helen recognises what works and what doesn’t within business. As a qualified and experienced Executive Assistant, Helen has grown the virtual PA business over the past five years and we’re proud to say has developed an evolving portfolio and team built on referrals and client satisfaction.

When starting the business, Helen was seeking a more flexible work-life balance as a new parent and was sure that other professionals would be feeling the same way. She noticed a gap in the market for virtual working, and decided to launch her virtual company.

Growing Team

The team comprises of exceptional and experienced virtual assistants who come from a solid EA background across different disciplines. The team is always expanding depending on our clients' needs.

We make outsourcing simple, easy and fun! The added bonus is that because all work is done remotely, you save on staff overheads. We're convinced you’ll be saying “I should have done this sooner! ​

What we do

We are on hand and available for long term projects or a quick turnaround when you are in a pinch.

How it works

You can either work with us flexibly or commit to a certain number of hours each week, you can send in a single task at a time or outline a full project that you would like ongoing help with. This allows you to utilise help when you need it most.
